Susan Cook, Osteopath
Susan Cook brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and professional movement experience to her practice. As a member of the Nova Scotia Association of Osteopaths (NSAO) and the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS), Susan is dedicated to a collaborative, community-based approach to healthcare. Her mission is simple: helping people prevent disease by restoring ease of movement.
Through hands-on healing strategies, Susan helps clients release tension and regain their physical freedom. Her deep understanding of the body is rooted in a professional dance career; a 1994 graduate of the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, she performed across Canada, Scotland, and China. Susan is also a certified Stott Pilates Instructor.
When she isn't in the clinic, Susan actively advocates for Nova Scotia’s natural beauty. She proudly volunteers with the Musquodoboit Trailways and the Gaetz Brook Greenway, supporting the vision of the Trans Canada Trail, the Bicycle NS Blue Route, and the HRM Active Transportation Spine.
